GIMAR specialises in European short-sea shipping. We move cargo reliably between Europe's four major sea areas – and the dense network of ports in between.
Baltic Sea
From Scandinavia and the Baltic states to German and Polish ports – e.g. Lübeck, Rostock, Szczecin, Gdynia, Riga, Klaipeda, Stockholm.
North Sea
Europe's industrial heartland: Hamburg, Bremen, Wilhelmshaven, Rotterdam, Antwerp, plus British and Norwegian ports.
Mediterranean
From the Adriatic across the Tyrrhenian and Aegean: Trieste, Venice, Ravenna, Genoa, Naples, Piraeus, Barcelona, Marseille.
Black Sea
Connecting the Black Sea ports for grain, steel and project cargo: Constanța, Varna, Burgas and the Turkish ports.
Our focus is on flexible multipurpose vessels (MPP, approx. 4,000–6,000 dwt) – ideal for general and bulk cargo across these trades.
